Everyone starts at 100. Each item you check subtracts one point, so a score of 100 means no listed experiences, and lower scores mean more. Your score updates live as you answer, and the result is revealed with your tier the moment you finish.
Most people land between 50 and 75, and scores naturally decrease with age — an 18-year-old and a 30-year-old live very different lives. There is no good or bad score. The test is a conversation starter, not a ranking.
The general test on this page works for everyone. We also offer dedicated editions — Male, Female, Teen (school-safe), LGBTQ+, and Couples — that adjust wording and content for their audience. Pick whichever fits your life; the scoring works the same in all of them.
